You have it because you are running failover and in order to monitor an interface you will need to exchange hello packets between the primary ip and the standby ip. So you are basically telling the ASA send hello packets over this vlan to this secondary IP. WebI can ping from Network A to both interfaces on Router 1 (192.168.10.1, 192.168.30.1) Even though Network B has been automatically added to the routing table on Router 1 as a directly connected network, I cannot ping Router2's interface (192.168.30.2) on Network B from Network A.
