WebI just did one of her youtube workouts for the first time yesterday. It was a 30 min HIIT with no equipment. I really enjoyed how straightforward it was and I was definitely sweaty afterwards! I probably wouldn't recommend it for beginners though. I would consider myself to be in pretty good shape and I had to modify a couple of her exercises.
