WebbThe box was NOT checked. I decided to try checking the box, restarting, going back an unchecking the box, and restarting again. It made the problem worse. After a few days of that I repeated the process, turning the hover feature on then back off. It's back to where I was, not as bad but still doing it. As I said, this is driving me TOTALLY INSANE.
